Cancellation Policy: We want you to have a great experience at Alchemy IV and Wellness. We can only give you that experience if you show up for your scheduled appointment!

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online at your convenience through following the link on the email you received, or please call/text us at 816-200-0094. If within 48 hour policy time prior you will be charged the deposit plus the service fee or we will put your payment towards your rescheduled service date.

Please understand that a no call/no show takes an appointment away from someone who really wanted to come in and enjoy the exceptional care that goes into a visit at Alchemy IV and Wellness!

*We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy for appointments and you will be charged the $ deposit fee if you cancel/reschedule after the 48 hour period. If you book same day and no show or cancel/"change your mind" deposit will NOT be refunded. If you pay in full or at "wrong" location within the 48 time period you will NOT be refunded. By booking this appointment you agree that you have read and understand our cancelation policy.

All mobile appointments include a $25-$75 mobile (travel) fee with services.

You will still be charged to $25-$75 deposit or mobile (travel) fee if the RN doing your assessment before your service finds your vitals to be out of a safe range or for any reason they feel it is unsafe to administer your treatment for their expertise and her time.

We have added the 4% Credit/Debit Card processing fee that will be charged at the appointment booking here on our online booking system. The 4% will be charged even if client requests refund or cancels appointment outside of 48 hour policy.
